Our Commitment

The Agency Performance Finder (APF) is committed to ensuring that its website is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that every person deserves equal access to information and services, and we work continuously to improve the accessibility of this site.

Measures Taken

APF has taken the following steps to ensure accessibility:

• Semantic HTML5 elements used throughout, including nav, main, footer, section, and aside.
• A visible skip-to-main-content link is provided at the top of every page for keyboard users.
• All images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images use an empty alt="" attribute.
• All interactive elements are keyboard navigable with visible focus indicators.
• Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
• Form fields include associated labels, error messages use role="alert", and success states use aria-live="polite".
• Navigation menus include aria-label, aria-expanded, and aria-controls attributes.
• The mobile navigation menu closes on pressing the Escape key.
• Service tab panels use role="tablist", role="tab", role="tabpanel", and aria-selected.
• The site is fully responsive and usable at 320px viewport width and above.
• No content relies solely on colour to convey meaning.
• Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, we are aware of the following current limitations:

• Some animated counter elements in the Results section may not convey their final numeric value to screen readers during the count animation. The final value is always rendered in the DOM once the animation completes.
• The cookie consent banner, provided by a third-party component, may have limited screen reader support on older assistive technology versions. We are monitoring this and will update as improvements become available.
